Job summary

Spendbase is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to own the financial backbone across 25 entities and international operations. You’ll steward cash, reporting, and investor relations—leading a scalable finance function in a fast-moving fintech business.

You’ll drive ERP implementation, due diligence for fundraising, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions. This role offers strategic influence, remote flexibility, and a high-impact mandate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing finance for a multi-entity fintech across jurisdictions.
• Led a finance team of 10+ people and maintained control.
• Based outside Ukraine with access to international banking and compliance infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash across 25 entities and oversee vendor/payroll continuity.
• Review and sign off on P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting.
• Own investor, lender, and banking-facing numbers and defend them.
