Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing leadership experience in senior roles.
• Experience as a CMO or similar senior role in fintech/finance or international digital markets.
• Proven ability to develop and implement multi-country marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy.
• Define marketing priorities, positioning, and go-to-market plans across markets.
• Drive growth through multi-channel acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization.
• Oversee brand strategy, communications, content, PR, and external marketing activities.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across regions.
• Build strategic partnerships and support market expansion through localized campaigns.
