Billennium is a leading international technology organization delivering digital platforms and business solutions for travel and transportation clients worldwide. We seek a Finance Process QA professional to drive innovation, quality assurance, and operational excellence within our global team.

You will shape a governance framework, standardize processes, and collaborate across GPOs to deliver sustained benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in designing or implementing a QA framework across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong analytical skills translating business needs into operational requirements.
Experience implementing and monitoring KPIs and SLAs in a Shared Service Center.
Experience across the full project life cycle, from concept to testing and delivery.
Ability to supervise virtual teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
Proven track record of successful QA initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects and link initiatives to sustainable benefits.

Responsibilities

Support and collaborate in projects impacting FSC's operations: e-invoicing and integration of new companies.
Complete post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor business impact, objectives, dependencies and risks; report and manage them.
Organize support material and update SOPs for Accounting processes.
Generate KPI and SLA monthly reports for performance reviews.
Develop cross-divisional relations and train staff with GPOs.
Identify and deliver process improvement activities with automation and standardization.
