Job summary

RTB House seeks a Finance Lead to oversee the financial operations of foreign subsidiaries from Poland. You will work with local finance teams and external offices, guiding business managers and ensuring accurate reporting.

You will manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and forecasting, while coordinating with central finance and the board to drive group-wide processes. Remote work supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, controlling or auditing.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial operations of selected foreign subsidiaries.
• Maintain daily contact with local finance staff and external offices.
• Provide financial support and guidance to business managers.
• Oversee financial processes and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare data for consolidation and reporting.
• Lead a small finance team and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with central finance, departments and Board.
