Job summary

RTB House, a leading AI-powered adtech company, invites applications for a Financial Controller role. You will support supervision of foreign subsidiaries, consolidate financial data, and prepare analyses under the guiding hand of the Financial Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting or audit.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
• Good understanding of financial reporting principles.
• Working knowledge of office applications, especially Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Very good communication skills.
• Proactive, meticulous, detail-oriented, team player, eager to learn, open to feedback, and able to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller in financial supervision of selected foreign subsidiaries.
• Maintain day-to-day contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist in preparing financial data for consolidation, reporting and management purposes.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports and forecasts under guidance of the Financial Controller.
• Gather reporting data from specified sources and verify completeness.
• Support monitoring of accounts receivable and credit risk.
• Assist cash flow forecasting and payment management.
• Document controlling processes and financial procedures within the Capital Group.
• Cooperate with central finance team, business departments and profit center managers.
• Seek improvements in financial processes.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks.

You Will:

• support the Financial Controller in the financial supervision of selected foreign subsidiaries;

Desired Experience:

• bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area;
• working experience of 1 to 3 years in finance, controlling, accounting or audit;
• basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance;
• good understanding of financial reporting principles;
• working knowledge of office applications especially Google Sheets/Excel;
• strong analytical and organizational skills;
• very good communication skills;
• personality: proactive, meticulous, attentive to detail, team player, eager to learn, open to feedback, able to work with deadlines under pressure;

Nice to have:

• working knowledge of IFRS;
• basic knowledge of tax law;
• experience working in a shared service organization or a multinational group structure.
