Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a hands‑on Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced food processing equipment at customer sites across Poland and globally. You will bring strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and a customer‑first mindset, representing JBT Marel with professionalism on every site.

You will travel approximately 60% within Poland and 40% internationally, with autonomy to manage service visits, inspections, and reporting.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Field Service or similar engineering role.
Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
English communication skills; valid B driving licence and passport.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites in Poland and globally.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and deliver effective solutions to minimise downtime.
Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections to maximise reliability.
Provide customers with technical guidance and training on operation and maintenance.
Prepare accurate service reports documenting findings and actions.
Support international installations and short notice service visits.
