Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise food processing equipment across Poland and globally. You will be the face of the company at customer sites, delivering professional communication, clear reporting, and a customer-first approach while travelling internationally.

You will join an international service organisation and contribute to project installations, preventive maintenance, and customer training with a structured approach

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Field Service, Technical Service, Maintenance, or similar engineering environment.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sites across Poland and globally.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and deliver effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections to maximise reliability and performance.
• Provide customers with technical guidance and training on operation, maintenance and best practices.
• Prepare accurate service reports documenting findings, actions taken and recommendations.
• Identify spare parts requirements and opportunities for repairs, upgrades or improvements.
• Support international installations and short-notice or emergency service visits when required.
