Job summary

Parexel International is expanding its team in Poland. The role supports Regional Intelligence, manages multiple site feasibility projects, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.

You will contribute to site selection and data analytics initiatives, ensuring high-quality results and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in clinical research/operations, fluent English and Polish, and strong presentation and communication skills to operate within a matrix

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Manager/Senior Associate: Pharmaceutical industry or CRO experience desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a supportive team member for Regional Intelligence.
• Performs tasks for multiple Site Intelligence and Feasibility projects.
• Able to manage a high volume of complex studies and sites.
• Works under supervision of Regional Intelligence Team Lead and Feasibility POC.
• Contributes to Site Feasibility plans and presents data to colleagues.
• Supports FSAL to ensure goals and requirements are understood and results are high quality.
• Applies skills to OARS and Regional Intelligence development projects.
• Promotes a continuous improvement culture for processes.
