Job summary

Syneos Health in Poland is seeking a Principal Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility studies across all therapeutic areas. You will independently lead high-complexity RFPs and feasibility assessments and present findings to internal and sponsor stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors and analysts to craft feasible solutions for early development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the highest complexity level RFPs and feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas.
• Proactively liaise with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, Business Analysts, and other team members to review challenges and craft solutions.
• Mentor junior team members up to Senior Feasibility Lead, providing guidance on data collection, analysis, and slide deck preparation.
