Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project or Program Management within complex, multi-entity environments.
• Demonstrated background in sustainability, ESG, or regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of sustainability compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing data-driven processes, including reporting to external regulatory bodies.
• Solid risk management capabilities in compliance-heavy environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
• Experience in integration or transformation projects is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver sustainability projects across multiple entities.
• Manage end-to-end sustainability data reporting processes.
• Define, track, and deliver KPIs and value plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to compliance.
• Conduct assessments and support sustainability strategy development.
• Drive integration initiatives and align entities with common processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Build alignment among stakeholders, particularly senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to sustainability standards and compliance frameworks.
• Support continuous improvement of sustainability processes.
