Job summary

Helprise is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support sustainability initiatives across multiple entities in an international environment. You will lead programs, govern data, and align stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and ESG performance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sustainability, Operations, and other business units, plus strong communication in English. Flexibility for remote or hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in multi-entity environments.
• Background in sustainability/ESG or regulatory programs.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with data-driven regulatory reporting processes.
• PMI/PRINCE2 or similar certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver sustainability projects across multiple entities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage end-to-end sustainability data reporting, including preparation and submission to external authorities.
• Define, track, and deliver KPIs and value plans for operational targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks with emphasis on regulatory and compliance exposure.
• Support development of sustainability strategies and execution roadmaps.
