Job summary

Medicover Polska is seeking an experienced E-learning Specialist to design and develop courses following instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. You will create multimedia assets and ensure alignment with branding, UX, and technical quality across learning solutions.

You will collaborate with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts to identify needs, advise on solutions, and act as a trusted advisor in a global, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken form.
• 4–5 years of experience in E-learning.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and AI tools supporting course development, localization, and content creation.
• Experience creating graphic assets, animations, and video-based learning materials.
• Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of digital learning trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to develop professional learning materials and communicate effectively in an international business environment.
• Experience with LMS administration will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning courses in line with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ensure high-quality content, visual design, user experience, and technical functionality of all learning solutions.
• Develop multimedia learning assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive materials.
• Ensure all learning materials are aligned with corporate branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Identify learning and development needs in partnership with business leaders and subject matter experts.
• Advise stakeholders on the selection and implementation of appropriate learning solutions.
• Act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor in the area of digital learning.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous development of a modern learning culture by leveraging new technologies, multimedia solutions, and AI-powered tools.
