Job summary

WLG is seeking an instructional designer to design end-to-end eLearning courses for a multinational audience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate learning needs into measurable objectives and a coherent course structure, including modules, lessons, and assessments.

You will develop instructional content from source material, choose effective strategies for varied learners, and create pre-, formative, and summative assessments to gauge progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in education and training development or related field.
• Minimum three years in eLearning development.
• Experience communicating with clients and SMEs through the design process.
• Portfolio with at least three eLearning projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs with subject matter experts across nations and partners.
• Define clear, measurable learning objectives aligned with the course.
• Design course structure—modules, lessons, assessments—so content flows.
