Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking a Distribution Planner to optimize inventory levels and product availability across international markets. You will manage DRP, coordinate replenishment, and partner with Demand Planning, Market Delivery, Warehouse, and Procurement to balance service levels with inventory efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain planning and strong English, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP APO/IBP.

Qualifications

2+ years in Supply Chain Planning, Distribution Planning or related area.
Advanced English proficiency required.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Experience with planning systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP).
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute stock replenishment to international markets to ensure product availability.
Maintain planning parameters such as safety stock, MOQ, lead times, and service levels.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs and excess stock.
Analyze demand and supply gaps; identify risks and mitigation plans.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Market Delivery, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
Support S&OP process with supply visibility and risk assessments.
Prepare and report key supply chain KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement to optimize inventory performance and service levels.
