Wella Operations US LLC in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Distribution Requirements Planner to optimize on-time, in-full product availability across global networks. You will lead replenishment planning, analyze data with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in service, cost and cash while supporting network transformation initiatives.

The role requires at least 2 years in supply chain, fluent English, strong Excel skills, and the ability to adapt plans quickly in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Mastery of MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time and in-full inventory replenishment at global Wella locations to meet service targets.
• Analyze data with tools to identify optimization opportunities and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with markets and production planning as the single point of contact for KPI delivery.
• Support supply chain transformation projects and network changes.
• Audit and optimize supply chain parameters and maintain product master data in BY.
