Job summary

Total Marketing Support Limited is seeking a Digital Workplace & End User Experience Manager to shape the global digital workplace strategy and deliver secure, productive experiences for a multinational workforce across offices, sites, and home offices.

You will lead end-user experience analytics, drive adoption and change, oversee Modern Management transitions (Intune/Autopilot), define UX strategy and governance, manage vendors, and partner with HR and comms to align tools with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms and Microsoft 365.
Proven ability to lead UX strategy, operating model and governance.
Demonstrated change/adoption program leadership and UX testing.
Strong vendor management and multinational collaboration background.

Responsibilities

Define and execute global digital workplace strategy aligned with business goals.
Measure end-user experience using analytics and feedback to drive improvements.
Ensure security and compliance within digital workplace solutions.
Oversee transition to Modern Management (Intune, Autopilot) for zero-touch deployment.
Represent user needs in product selection and enterprise architecture discussions.
Standardize the digital experience across regions while respecting local rules.
Lead training and change management for new digital tools and practices.
Manage service model: SLAs, KPIs, vendor relationships and costs.
