Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Digital Manufacturing to own a portfolio of digital platforms across 23 production sites. You will lead delivery teams, apply Agile and DevOps, and partner with sites, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

This role focuses on Data Historian, OEE and Connected Worker solutions, combining product leadership with technology expertise to transform manufacturing capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Significant experience in technology, including product management and manufacturing technology platforms.
• Experience delivering digital products within manufacturing, industrial or consumer goods environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments and an understanding of validation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to prioritise and implement product backlog items.
• Deliver intuitive, adoption-led solutions using Agile and DevOps practices.
• Partner with manufacturing sites, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive platform modernisation initiatives that improve scalability, reliability and user experience.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and delivery through support, optimisation and retirement.
• Define support models, service levels and escalation processes.
• Align priorities across manufacturing sites, OT teams, Architecture and Infrastructure functions.
• Ensure products deliver measurable value throughout their lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of digital manufacturing capabilities across global sites.
