Job summary

Hitachi Digital seeks a seasoned leader to head the Europe MES Practice, defining strategy, growing offerings, and establishing Hitachi Digital Services as a trusted Manufacturing IT and Smart Factory partner across industries.

You will drive business development, shape roadmaps, run solution workshops, prepare proposals, develop estimates, and guide large-scale MES and Manufacturing IT transformation programs in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT and MES.
• Significant consulting, client engagement, pre-sales, and delivery leadership in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Europe MES Practice by defining and executing the regional MES strategy.
• Drive business development and pre-sales activities with clients and proposals.
• Develop and enhance MES offerings, accelerators, and partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end MES and Manufacturing IT transformation programs across Europe.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, ISA-95/ISA-88 adoption, and system integrations.
• Build strategic client relationships and drive long-term account growth.
• Guide delivery teams and mentor MES capabilities.
