Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Digital Manufacturing to own and evolve a portfolio of digital manufacturing platforms supporting 23 production sites worldwide, focusing on Data Historian, OEE and Connected Worker solutions.

You will collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC and the Americas to deliver secure, scalable, compliant solutions that improve manufacturing performance and unlock business value.

Qualifications

• Essential Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Significant experience in technology, including product management and manufacturing technology platforms.
• Experience delivering digital products within manufacturing, industrial or consumer goods environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments and an understanding of validation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to prioritise and implement product backlog items.
• Deliver intuitive, adoption-led solutions using Agile and DevOps practices.
• Partner with manufacturing sites, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive platform modernisation initiatives that improve scalability, reliability and user experience.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and delivery through support, optimisation and retirement.
