Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Solution Architect in Digital Integration to guide the design of scalable, resilient integration solutions. You will collaborate with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and platform teams to define standards, policies, and best practices for enterprise integration across multiple platforms.

You will lead discovery, drive architecture guidelines, and mentor delivery teams while aligning with Heineken’s IT strategy and cloud-native approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years IT experience with architecture focus.
• 5+ years in a solution architect role, Digital Integration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft, TIBCO, Azure Integration Services, SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with API management, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural standards and guidelines for integration.
• Lead design of scalable, reliable, and high-performing integrations.
• Collaborate with Tribe Lead and Architects on vision and roadmap.
• Guide feature prioritization considering technical challenges and long-term goals.
• Provide technical consultation and problem solving for complex topics.
• Act as SME to stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and document architecture designs.
