The role emphasizes organized coordination, clear communication, and adherence to quarterly plans to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

The candidate excels in managing multiple workstreams, coordinating stakeholders across regions, and applying Agile methodologies within a global context.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in delivery/program management or project coordination.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define goals, scope, timelines and deliverables; monitor progress for on-time delivery.
• Maintain and manage delivery planning items; raise risks and issues and escalate as needed.
• Support quarterly release planning and retrospectives; drive continuous improvement.
• Organize recurring team meetings and cross-functional alignment calls.
• Partner with product and program management to implement PM best practices and change management processes.
