Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of technology and risk solutions across a global, cross-functional team. You will ensure projects stay on track, aligned to quarterly plans, and delivered with quality.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, strong communicators, and energized by coordinating complex programs across regions and stakeholders, with fluent English and experience in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project coordination.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships across regions.
• Fluency in English, with demonstrated experience collaborating in global, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project planning and execution by coordinating with stakeholders to define goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Maintain and manage delivery planning items, proactively raising risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and escalating where needed to keep initiatives on track.
• Support quarterly release planning and retrospective sessions, helping teams reflect on delivery performance and prepare for upcoming cycles.
• Organize and facilitate recurring team meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment calls to drive accountability and clear communication.
• Partner with the product and program management team to implement and uphold project management best practices, frameworks, and change management processes.
