  • Maintain and manage delivery planning items, proactively raising risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and escalating where needed to keep initiatives on track.
  • Support quarterly release planning and retrospective sessions, helping teams reflect on delivery performance and prepare for upcoming cycles.
  • Organize and facilitate recurring team meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment calls to drive accountability and clear communication.
  • Partner with the product and program management team to implement and uphold project management best practices, frameworks, and change management processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project coordination role.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships across regions.
  • Fluency in English, with demonstrated experience collaborating effectively in global, matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with project tracking and planning tools.
  • Experience in risk management, financial services, or a regulated industry (e.g., liquidity risk, ESG, capital risk).
