Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior professional to lead our global Data & AI compliance program. The role reports to the Associate Director and collaborates with the Global Services Legal team to ensure regulatory and contractual obligations are met across data governance and AI initiatives.

The candidate will drive policy, standards, and controls, work with risk and information security teams, and guide client engagements. A law degree and 4–5 years in compliance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of data governance and AI regulatory landscapes.
• Experience building or supervising global compliance programs.
• Ability to translate laws and standards into actionable policies and controls.
• Strong communication with cross‑functional and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and client projects for compliance with law, regulations and commitments.
• Identify current and future regulatory requirements and translate them into policy, standards and controls.
• Collaborate with risk, information security and other teams to run the program and support governance.
• Provide guidance to contracting counsel on client facing work.
• Engage with business units to ensure data and AI compliance in new services and initiatives.
• Develop guidance, training and thought leadership for internal audiences.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators where relevant.
• Lead and support a team of legal professionals across locations.
