Job summary

Accenture Poland seeks a Manager, Data & AI Compliance to lead the global data & AI compliance program, ensuring adherence to contractual, legal, regulatory and voluntary commitments with a strong emphasis on governance and ethics.

The role collaborates with the Global Services Legal team, Responsible AI, risk, information security and business teams to design, implement and monitor the program across locations, including client projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated command of data governance and artificial intelligence, and related policy, laws and regulations.
• Accountability for compliance program, ideally in a multinational and/or digital/AI space.
• Proven ability to operationalize strategy and translate trends into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and client projects to ensure compliance with law, regulations and commitments.
• Identify and translate legal, regulatory and policy requirements into Accenture policy and controls.
• Collaborate with risk, information security and other teams to build and run the program.
• Support contracting counsel with guidance on compliance matters.
• Engage with stakeholders across Accenture to consider data and AI compliance from the outset of new services.
• Develop guidance, training and thought leadership for internal audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with legal, risk and business teams; interact with clients as needed.
• Provide advisory support to remote teams in a pragmatic, business-focused manner.
