Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; fluency in English and Romanian is essential.
• Experience in customer service, supply chain, or FMCG is preferred.
• Ability to liaise directly with customers and solve problems creatively.

Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to customer inquiries, issues and requests with SLAs in mind.
• Onboard customers and provide system training to enable success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate customer data in systems and support reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights.
