Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience or testing in manufacturing or tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory quality metrics including FPY, EQM and MWD for Dell and ODM factories.
• Lead investigations into customer quality issues and implement CLCA actions.
• Collaborate with Product & Operations to drive continuous quality improvement.
