ALTEN Polska is seeking a Lead SME - Cryptography to deliver and support cryptographic solutions globally. You will act as SME for CLM processes, manage SSH/TLS remediation, and lead change with vendors and internal teams.

Key requirements include Venafi platform experience, Python scripting, SQL skills, and strong documentation. The role offers a full-time contract with potential for B2B and opportunities to relocate within ALTEN Polska branches.

Qualifications

• Experience with Venafi platform or TLS/SSH management is required.
• Strong stakeholder coordination across IT and global teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem solving under pressure.
• Understanding of security, risk and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for CLM Product and cryptographic services.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
• Assess risk and mitigate change impacts.
• Lead change implementation with vendors and teams.
• Prepare reports from multiple sources to track progress.
• First line escalation for team members and end users.
• Support cryptography solutions for SSH/TLS queries.
• Assist with cryptography security documentation.
• Provide cryptography consultancy to internal customers globally.
• Process requests in Service Now within SLA.
