Roche is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect - Data & AI (Cross Domain) to lead the architectural oversight of global Data & AI initiatives across multiple functions, including Pharma R&D and Diagnostics. You will define scalable data ecosystems, govern AI adoption, and drive governance through automated guardrails while balancing business and technical priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in enterprise or strategic architecture.
• 10+ years of applied experience in enterprise or strategic architecture roles within complex organizations.
• Proven track record leading cross-domain architecture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain architectural vision and roadmap for cross-domain Data & AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with Domain Architects to ensure global reuse of AI solutions and data products.
• Lead architecture governance with reference architectures and automated guardrails.
• Identify opportunities to reuse and optimize the enterprise technology landscape and technologies like LLMs and AGI patterns.
• Embed architectural insights into investment processes and manage technical debt and lifecycles.
