Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Corporate Security and Crisis Management professional to join our Services department in Wrocław. You will plan and conduct emergency trainings, develop response plans, and support crisis management across global MAHLE plants.

This role requires 3–5 years in security or crisis management, English fluency, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel 5–6 times a year. We offer a competitive salary package and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate security, emergency management, or crisis response.
• Strong knowledge of emergency and crisis management.
• Experience managing physical security systems and site security operations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct emergency and crisis management trainings and simulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• Support the development and operation of the Crisis Management Framework.
• Activate and support Crisis Management Teams during incidents.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement lessons learned to improve resilience.
• Develop physical security concepts for global MAHLE plants.
• Support the design and implementation of security measures for new or existing facilities.
• Conduct site security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses.
• Create expatriate security briefing programs and country security overviews.
