Job summary

Plarium, a leading game developer, is seeking a Creative Manager to join the Global Creative Strategy team. You will work cross-functionally with Designers, Video Editors, Motion Artists, and UA teams to shape campaigns across genres.

Based in Poland or remotely from Poland/Ukraine, you will leverage AI tools and performance data to drive creative concepts, briefs, and production workflows that meet high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative marketing for digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative briefs, concepts, scripts, and storyboards for performance marketing campaigns across multiple game genres
• Collaborate hands-on with designers, editors, artists, and external partners to bring creative ideas to life
• Improve creative performance by leveraging campaign data, user insights, and industry best practices
• Explore and implement new creative formats, storytelling techniques, AI tools, and production workflows
• Analyze campaign performance and iterate on concepts based on measurable results
• Stay informed on gaming, advertising, social media, and creative trends to continuously generate fresh ideas
• Partner closely with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, game studios, and Production teams to align creative with business objectives
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet Plarium's quality standards and campaign goals
