Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a proactive Legal Specialist to support corporate legal matters, draft and review agreements, maintain legal records, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. The role involves collaboration with multiple departments and upkeep of UBO-related documentation.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, 2+ years of legal experience, strong English (B2+) and Russian language skills, with German considered a plus.

Qualifications

Drafting, legal review, and analysis of agreements upon request.
Maintaining and updating legal information related to projects.
Updating corporate documents and UBO information quarterly.
Assistance on legal issues across departments.

Responsibilities

Drafting, legal review, and analysis of different kinds of agreements upon request;
Provision of information/documents upon request;
Maintaining and updating legal information related to the projects;
Updating personal and corporate documents for the companies and their UBOs on a quarterly basis;
Maintaining and updating corporate structure charts and ownership structures;
Filling out and checking forms for the companies and their UBOs;
Organizing signature processes for documents;
Communicating with service providers on a regular basis;
Assisting colleagues from other departments on various legal issues.
