Job summary

DSV is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to shape the technology strategy for Contract Logistics. You will bridge business goals with enterprise architecture, driving scalable, secure transformations across a global IT landscape.

You'll define target-state architectures, roadmaps and governance, mentor architects, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver value while balancing cost, risk, and agility within a cloud-first, API-first environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT experience with at least 5 years in Solution Architecture, Lead Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, global transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record managing complex application landscapes and consolidation programs.
• Experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and modelling approaches such as ArchiMate.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, integration architecture, security-by-design principles, and IT landscape management.
• Ability to influence architecture decisions at programme and portfolio level.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for strategic Contract Logistics transformation programs and define target-state architectures and roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into architecture blueprints and ensure compliance with standards and security requirements.
• Govern complex integrations across modern and legacy platforms and promote API-driven, reusable designs.
• Mentor Solution Architects and senior technical specialists and promote best practices across teams.
