Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is building and maturing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capability within Procurement Hub. You will help shape processes, improve governance and define the future operating model of CLM across ING.

You will manage a portfolio of global contracts, coordinate renewals and amendments, ensure data accuracy and provide forward-looking portfolio reporting to guide decisions. Strong English and experience with CLM systems are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
• Experience managing contract portfolios and lifecycle activities.
• Excellent English and experience with contract management systems.
• Strong stakeholder management across Business, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Contract Portfolio Management: manage a portfolio of global contracts throughout their lifecycle and coordinate renewals and amendments.
• Stakeholder & Governance Support: partner with Business Contract Owners, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Compliance stakeholders.
• Build the Future of CLM: contribute to CLM standards, governance framework and scalable ways of working.
