Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is building a brand-new procurement team to support the Global Procurement organization and is looking for professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of global contracts, draft and review agreements, maintain the contract repository, support negotiations, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, business or finance.
• 6 months to 3 years of procurement operations or contract management experience.
• Strong English, organizational and communication skills in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and E-Sourcing tools; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global contracts by category.
• Prepare and draft contracts with stakeholder input using standard templates.
• Maintain the contract repository, track milestones, and manage amendments.
• Support negotiations by tracking changes and redlines.
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and IT governance.

We Are Looking For You If You

• Have master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance
• Have 6 months to 3 years of experience in procurement operation and or contract management
• Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,
• Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Very good English skills (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our international procurement Poland Hubs team in support of the Global Procurement Team. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and drafting contracts, supporting contract review and administration, and managing a portfolio of contracts. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring effective contract lifecycle management within a global environment.
