Job summary

Gleeds in Warsaw seeks an experienced cost management professional to support cost management services across Gleeds’ Poland business. You will plan and manage project execution, control budgets, and prepare tender documents and cost estimates to support large-scale investments.

The role requires strong teamwork and flexibility to travel to implement projects with partners. Candidates should have 5+ years in cost management or budgeting, knowledge of the Polish market, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management or estimating construction budgets.
• Strong knowledge of local Polish market, prices and partners.
• Ability to work in a team and follow internal procedures.
• Construction licenses are preferred but not required.
• Willingness to adapt to company standards and work on multiple projects.

Job description

The successful candidate will support cost management services across Gleeds´ business in Poland.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Planning and managing project execution in line with budget, schedule and Gleeds quality standards
• Financial management and ongoing analysis and budget control of the investment
• Preparation of tender documentation and cost estimates
• Participation in negotiations with bidders and contractors
• Ongoing cost control and optimization
• Preparing and checking cost calculations and quotations
• Preparation of statements, reports and financial analyses

Who we’re looking for:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management or estimating construction budgets
• Knowledge of the local market in terms of prices, industry, and implementation partners
• Ability to work in a team and respect internal procedures
• Construction licenses – preferred, but not necessary
• Knowledge and experience in MEP installations – preferred, but not necessary
• Open to adapting to company standards and staying longer to implement multiple projects
• Availability to work, among others, from the main office in Warsaw, Bankowy Square
• Flexibility to work remotely from Poland in other time zones
• Availability to travel abroad occasionally to implement projects and build relationships with local partners
• Polish language at C2 / bilingual / native level
• Very good (practical) knowledge of technical English – preferably supported by work on projects abroad

Qualifications:

• Higher technical education in a construction-related field
