Nutri Partners in Kraków is seeking an experienced sales/trading professional to own the full cycle from lead to delivery across Europe. You will grow our client portfolio and unlock new markets in functional ingredients for food, supplements, and pharma.

You’ll manage relationships with clients and suppliers, collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams, and have opportunities to mentor junior traders while earning performance bonuses.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in international or B2B trading.
• Self-starter who creates opportunities rather than waiting for tasks.
• Strong client communication and business sense.
• Bonus: knowledge of Incoterms and ingredients sector.

Responsabilidades

• Running the full sales and/or purchasing process – from lead to delivery
• Managing relationships with existing partners (clients or suppliers)
• Developing new markets or product categories
• Attending industry meetings and trade fairs (online and in-person)
• Collaborating with logistics, finance, and marketing teams
• Optional: mentoring junior traders
