Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer projects from kickoff to delivery in a global, cross-functional setting. You will own scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and change management while building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You will coordinate teams across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Technical Services to deliver on time, with quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, customer delivery, or related roles.
• Proven track record leading complex customer projects in cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring positive outcomes and project success.
• Act as the primary customer contact with proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Technical Services.
• Provide regular governance, reporting, and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivery commitments.
• Identify and mitigate risks and drive timely decisions in a dynamic, global environment.
• Support commercial activities including requirements reviews and proposal development.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency.
