Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Global Clinical Integration Lead to coordinate and deliver complex clinical projects in a sponsor-dedicated model. You will drive project and programme management, resolving issues and building team capability across functions.

Your responsibilities include developing plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while engaging stakeholders and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or related field preferred.
• Significant experience in project management and team leadership.
• Certified PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate communications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage stakeholders, provide updates, and ensure alignment with goals.
• Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management.
