Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Study Manager to lead day-to-day project and programme efforts within a sponsor-dedicated model. You will drive project plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clinical trials.

The role requires a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotech project management, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Travel about 25% is expected.

Clinical Study Manager - Clinical Trial Manager II

You will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective project strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%)
