Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. invites applications for a Civil Site Manager (m/f/d) to lead construction activities on energy infrastructure projects across domestic and international sites.

You will manage on-site teams, ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance while coordinating with stakeholders and safety regimes. Requirements include a bachelor’s (or master’s) in civil engineering, extensive turnkey/EPC experience, and strong HSE know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering.
• Several years of experience in turnkey/EPC business.
• Knowledge of HSE management and safety coordination.
• International project experience and willingness to travel worldwide.
• Fluency in German and English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and supervise construction activities and subcontractors per contract.
• Ensure compliance with HSE/EHS, regulations, and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate technical specifications and on-site team management.
• Monitor progress, schedules, and budgets; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Support CIP processes and produce regular site reports.
