Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a detail-oriented Naming Coordinator to support the Global Brand Identity and Protection Senior Manager in managing a naming requests process. You’ll work with lawyers and EY leaders to review, refine and approve name candidates, documenting decisions along the way.

This role requires strong research and analytical skills, collaboration across BMC teams, and the ability to manage multiple naming requests across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, qualitative research, market analysis or related field (internships included).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage dozens of naming requests at once, each at various stages.
• Ability to balance competing stakeholder expectations and navigate sensitive situations.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including prompt development and validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with delivering constructive feedback, including rationale for rejections.
• Familiarity with IP considerations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft M365 including Teams and Excel.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus.
• Flexibility to support various global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and assessing naming requests for brand alignment and timely stakeholder communication.
• Name refinement with cross-functional teams to fit brand strategy.
• Coordination with BMC teams to align with service lines and offerings.
• Research management with a colleague to assess IP risks.
• Ad hoc research: partly automated research, synthesize findings, concise summaries.
• Present findings and recommendations to global brand leaders and lawyers.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain records of requests, findings, decisions, names.
