Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking a Global Application Manager to optimize MES/ECS and drive digital transformation across manufacturing operations.

You will partner with business users, IT, and vendors to implement system improvements, ensure security and data integrity, manage incidents and changes, and document configurations. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to advance initiatives and contribute to a resilient manufacturing platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with MES/ECS or manufacturing systems.
• Strong understanding of incident and change management processes.
• Knowledge of system integration, configuration, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and support to key users and end-users on system capabilities.
• Communicate new features and drive system adoption across teams.
• Manage incidents and change requests through full lifecycle delivery.
• Ensure accuracy and availability of technical documentation.
• Collaborate on vulnerability management and system security improvements.
• Maintain application configurations, SNOW, and CMDB data quality.
• Analyze and optimize MES/ECS processes aligned with manufacturing needs.
• Gather user feedback and support continuous system enhancements.
