Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking an Applications Manager to oversee projects in the Project Management domain. You will manage applications across their full lifecycle, coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams, and ensure continuous, compliant services across environments.

Ideal candidates have ITIL familiarity, strong ownership, and English fluency, with a degree in Information Systems and experience in application projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in IT/Information Systems.
• Experience managing applications or implementation projects.
• Good understanding of IT service management concepts (ITIL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage applications across the full lifecycle, from development to decommissioning.
• Oversee daily operations and support development teams with regular feedback.
• Coordinate requirements between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Plan, schedule, and control builds, testing, and deployments across environments.
• Collaborate with architects, QA specialists, and application experts.
• Ensure continuity of services in cooperation with external vendors.
• Maintain compliance with IT, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Build strong relationships with end-user communities and stakeholders.
