Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global Accounts Receivable Process Lead to own the AR and O2C agenda, standardize processes, and drive automation across markets and service delivery teams.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to implement improvements, monitor performance, and uphold global governance, aiming for operational excellence and superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of AR/O2C and Credit Management experience in global SSC/GBS environments.
• End-to-end AR/O2C ownership, governance, standardization, and optimization.
• Experience leading process transformation, change management, and improvements with measurable results.
• Strong cross-functional project management experience managing complex transformations.
• Experience identifying root causes and translating insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions, regions, and leadership.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Qualifications

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related areas.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Credit Management within global, Shared Services (SSC), or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end AR/O2C process ownership, governance, standardization, and continuous optimization.
• Proven experience leading process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable business results.
• Strong project management skills with a successful track record of managing complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Experience identifying root causes, translating insights into actionable plans, and driving sustainable improvements.
• Experience supporting global process harmonization and best-practice implementation in complex international organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and leadership levels.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation, simplification, and operational excellence.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
