JDE Peet’s in Poland seeks a Global AP Process Lead to own end-to-end AP across markets and providers. You will drive standardization, governance, and transformation to build a scalable, high-performing AP model.

The role demands 10+ years in Accounts Payable, strong governance experience, and fluency in English. You will lead automation initiatives and partner with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence in a globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related area.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable within a global, SSC, or GBS environment.
• Strong experience in global process ownership, governance, and standardization.
• Good knowledge of automation, digitalization and emerging technologies.
• Proven track record in leading process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and delivering performance through effective governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence, simplification, and innovation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

As Global AP Process Lead within GBS, you will own the end-to-end AP process across markets and outsourced service providers. You will drive the global AP agenda through process standardization, governance, and transformation, ensuring a scalable, efficient, and high-performing AP operating model.
