Job summary

BC Game is seeking a Senior Ambassador Manager to be the heartbeat of our global ambassador program. You will manage a roster of around five brand ambassadors, build genuine relationships, track availability and opportunities, and coordinate campaigns, productions, events and content with the Brand and Creative teams.

You will handle contracts, deliverables, and records, ensuring seamless collaboration with managers and agencies. This is a high-visibility role shaping world-facing campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least five years in talent management, influencer marketing, or related fields.
• Experience with high-profile talent, managers, or agencies.
• Excellent English, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for five global ambassadors and their managers.
• Coordinate availability for campaigns, productions, events and content.
• Track deliverables across content, appearances, shoots and events.
• Maintain clear records of progress and next steps.
