Job summary

The College of Europe in Natolin, Warsaw, is seeking an Alumni Relations Officer with the ability to build and sustain a global alumni community of over 3,000 graduates. The role involves coordinating communications, managing records, and driving outreach campaigns to keep alumni engaged and active with the College.

You will plan events, reunions, mentoring initiatives, and volunteering opportunities, while collaborating across departments to implement long-term engagement strategies and measure

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree in European Studies, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or community building is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifelong connections with the alumni community.
• Coordinate regular communications, manage alumni records and engagement data.
• Develop outreach campaigns to keep graduates informed, connected, and involved with the institution.
• Plan and deliver alumni events, reunions, networking activities, and mentoring programmes.
