Job summary

The College of Europe in Natolin is seeking an Alumni Relations Officer with a passion for engaging a global alumni community. You will build strong, lifelong connections and manage communications, records, and outreach campaigns to keep graduates informed and involved with the College.

Key responsibilities include planning events, mentoring programmes, and networking activities, while collaborating across the institution to shape long‑term alumni engagement strategies and report on outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree in European Studies, Communications, Social Sciences or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of French or additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural competencies; able to engage with a diverse alumni network.
• Comfort with databases and digital communication tools; proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifelong connections with our alumni community.
• Coordinate regular communications and manage alumni records and engagement data.
• Develop outreach campaigns to keep graduates informed and engaged.
• Plan and deliver alumni events, reunions, networking activities, and mentoring programmes.
• Monitor engagement, prepare reports, and contribute to long‑term engagement strategies.
