Job summary

College of Europe in Natolin, Warsaw seeks an Alumni Relations Officer to build and maintain a global alumni network of over 3,000 graduates. You will coordinate communications, manage engagement data, and develop outreach campaigns to keep alumni informed and involved with the institution.

The role involves supporting events, reunions, mentoring programs and cross‑functional collaboration to implement long‑term alumni engagement strategies in line with institutional priorities.

Qualifications

• University degree in European Studies, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifelong connections with the alumni community.
• Coordinate communications, manage alumni records and engagement data.
• Develop outreach campaigns to keep graduates informed and involved with the College.
